By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Liability Waiver:
I, the parent or legal guardian of the student named below, understand that participation in the Back2School Campaign/Giveaway is voluntary. I hereby release and hold harmless Spread The Cheer USA, its volunteers, sponsors, staff, and Clay Elementary School from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this event.
2. Photo Release:
I grant permission for Spread The Cheer USA and its partners to photograph or record my child during the event for promotional, fundraising, or educational purposes. I understand that these images may be used in print or online materials without compensation.
