Please complete this form for those planning on attending October 11, 2025 for our day of fun at Sea World- San Diego. Tickets are FREE but limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Ticket registration deadline is September 20, 2025.

Only members within your immediate household may be included.
Limited to only 2 Adults per Household (Exceptions can be made but will need to contact Spread The Cheer USA directly)
Children ages 2 and under are admitted free and do not need to be registered for tickets.
